Mt. Daisen Activity

Daisen White Resort

One of the largest ski resorts in western Japan, offering slopes with sweeping views of the Sea of Japan.

About this place

Daisen White Resort is one of the largest ski areas in western Japan, spread across the northern face of Mt. Daisen. Its four interconnected zones—Gōen-yama, Nakanohara, Uenohara, and Daisen International—offer a wide variety of runs suited to everyone from beginners to advanced skiers.

Under the theme "slopes with a sea view," on clear days riders can look out from the lifts over a sweeping panorama of the Sea of Japan. The resort is conveniently located about 15 minutes by car from the Yonago IC on the Yonago Expressway, making it easily accessible from the main cities of the San'in region.

In addition to skiing and snowboarding, the resort offers beginner ski schools and a dedicated snow park for children. As the primary winter sports destination in the San'in region, it draws large crowds throughout the ski season.
